When Floyd Hammer and Kathy Hamilton founded Outreach Program in 2004, they saw an opportunity to help other meal packaging organizations. Outreach purchases product, ingredients, and equipment in large volumes and passes those savings along to other organizations at significantly reduced prices.

Outreach Program Shares Meals and More at World Food Prize
Outreach Program is annually a part of the Iowa Hunger Summit and World Food Prize. The Iowa Hunger Summit celebrates Iowa’s great successes in fighting hunger and poverty and unites groups in further action. It gathers leaders from community organizations, business and industry, state and local government, social agencies, churches and religious communities, schools and universities, and other individuals and groups that participate in projects to confront hunger.
The Borenstein Group has won an International Silver Davey Award for Digital Design of Outreach Program’s new website! Their rebranding efforts reflect Outreach Program’s mission: providing safe water, food, medical care, and education to those in need, both at home and abroad. Read More Here…
